We're investigating a problem that is affecting access to webmail and also delays with incoming email.
Our database cluster had a problem and is in the process of being re-synced.
The database is still in the process of being synced. Customers are able to send email, but incoming email and access to webmail is currently affected.
The resync of the cluster has failed and we are in the process of restarting the database cluster which is more involved and will take more time. We do apologise for the disruption this is causing.

Database transfers are still in progress but we have been able to start our incoming email service, and we are starting to receive email for customers.
The database cluster is now back online. More services have been enabled. Customers should be able to log back in to webmail now.
Email services are back working. Email sent to customers during this outage will be queued at the sender's end, and will be queued for re-delivery and so will have a delay in being received. It may take a little while for all email to be received by our servers.
