We do try our hardest to give the best support and advice when customers contact us. We now have a feedback page where customers can tell us what they think!
This is for customers to give us some quick feedback after you've contacted us for help, with a query etc.
You can use the feedback page whenever you like. We'll start sending out 'feedback' requests (in a polite manner) from our email ticket system, and soon from our Fault reporting system.
