As I am sure you can imagine we have a lot of staff off this week, however we have key staff in all departments every day.
We also have the Reading beer festival to which we are providing some connectivity, so some of the staff that are in are tied up setting that up some of next week.
This may mean slower responses to email and calls, but we expect volumes to be much lower as it seems half the country is taking the week off.
So please bear with us.
As usual Monday and Friday fall squarely in the definition of "Monday to Friday" for the usage based charging. It is not Christmas!
