A small percentage of call recordings do not seem to be gettign sent. We are not sure what is causing this yet but we have added more diagnostics to try and find the cause. In practice many of these are calls being sent much later rather than not sent at all, but a few seem to have been lost.
Some in-progress recorded calls may have just dropped. Apologise for that.
