    We are currently investigating a problem whereby time profiles on VoIP accounts are not working correctly.

    You may find your time profile is not switching over correctly - a short term workaround is to disable the Time Profile setting on the control pages, but setting the 'Incoming Calls' setting to '--Always--'

    Sorry, false alarm! - this was just affecting our office profiles - other were unaffected!
