As those following my blog may have noticed, we are moving staff around in the office - we have a new room all set up, and the heating finally fixed, and new carpet tiles and so on.
During the rest of this week we will be moving people in to the new office, which means there may be some disruption to call handling. We are obviously working to ensure everything runs smoothly with minimal impact on customer services.
Please do bear with us if specific staff are not available for short periods while they move desks.
