The main change is the Customer Complaints Code which details how to make complaints and how to take then on to ADR or court. The change includes a list of things we need from you when making a claim.
We don't think this is an onerous list - basically it is detailing exactly how much you are claiming and why. It does ask what we have done wrong and how we have breached our terms.
We thing this will help people focus on exactly what they are claiming and make it easier for us to address any complaints.
It is worth noting that we get very few formal complaints.
